If you've spent any time browsing iSwap.pk, you've probably noticed some sellers carry a Silver, Gold, or Platinum badge next to their name. These aren't paid subscriptions or something you apply for — they're earned automatically, just by being an active, trustworthy seller. Here's exactly how the system works and how to climb it.
The Short Version
Your tier is based entirely on how many of your ads have been approved and gone live — nothing else. Drafts, pending reviews, and removed listings don't count toward it. The moment your approved-ad count crosses a threshold, your tier updates automatically. No application, no payment, nothing to buy.
The Four Tiers at a Glance
Bronze — your starting tier, assigned the moment you register. You get standard listing visibility and 10 free ads every month.
Silver — unlocked once you have 10 or more approved ads. You get higher search ranking than Bronze sellers and a larger monthly allowance of 30 ads.
Gold — unlocked at 30 or more approved ads. This is where Featured listings come in: Gold sellers get 3 Featured ad slots a month on top of unlimited standard ads, plus priority chat support.
Platinum — unlocked at 60 or more approved ads. iSwap's top tier: 10 Featured ad slots a month, unlimited standard ads, and dedicated account support.

Standard Ads vs. Featured Ads
Every ad you post is either:
- Standard — normal visibility in search results and category browsing, available to every tier from Bronze upward.
- Featured — a badge and top-of-category placement ahead of standard listings, available only from Gold tier onward.
Bronze and Silver sellers post Standard ads only, capped at 10 and 30 a month respectively. Gold and Platinum sellers get unlimited Standard ads plus a monthly Featured allowance (3 for Gold, 10 for Platinum). When you post a new ad, you choose which of your available allowances to spend it on.
How to Move Up Faster
Since your tier is driven entirely by approved ad count, the fastest way to level up is simply listing genuine phones consistently and getting them approved:
- Post accurate, honest listings — vague or misleading ads are more likely to be rejected, and rejected ads don't count toward your tier.
- Include real photos of the actual device, not stock images — this speeds up approval and builds buyer trust.
- Keep your listings within iSwap's device compliance rules — devices with patched IMEIs, cloud locks, or unclear PTA status get pulled and won't help your tier progress.
Tiers aren't just about ad count — they're also a trust signal, so iSwap reserves the right to demote a tier (for example, dropping a Platinum account back to Silver) if you violate platform rules, post non-compliant devices, or engage in fraudulent activity.
