1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use iswap.pk. You're responsible for providing a valid phone number and keeping your account secure.

2. Your account

Accounts are verified by phone number via a one-time code. You're responsible for all activity under your account, and for keeping your login and device secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Listings

When you post an ad, you agree that:

• You own the phone or have the right to sell or swap it.
• The description, photos, price, and condition are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The item isn't stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited by applicable law.
• You'll keep the listing up to date — for example, marking it sold or removing it once it's no longer available.

We may remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent, without notice.

4. Transactions between users

iswap.pk is a platform that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any sale or swap, and we don't handle payment, shipping, escrow, or inspection of items. Transactions, negotiations, and the exchange of money or goods happen directly between users, at their own risk. We make no warranty about the condition, legality, or accuracy of any listing, and are not responsible for disputes between users. See our Help Center for tips on transacting safely.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• List stolen, counterfeit, or illegal items.
• Harass, threaten, or scam other users.
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or collect users' personal information for unrelated purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other accounts.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and messages you post, but you grant iswap.pk a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove listings, if we believe you've violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or put other users at risk. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

iswap.pk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users, the accuracy of listings, or your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iswap.pk after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
