Starting a Conversation

1. Open any listing you're interested in.
2. Click Chat (or Message Seller) on the ad.
3. Type your first message — a specific question ("Is the battery health still above 85%?") tends to get a faster, more useful reply than a generic "Is this available?"
4. Your conversation appears in My Account → Chats, alongside every other conversation you have going.

What You Can Do Inside a Chat

• Send photos — useful for showing additional angles of a device, proof of a receipt, or anything else relevant to the trade. Images are automatically optimized for fast delivery.

• Reveal your phone number — by default, your number isn't shown to the other person; you choose when to reveal it, right from the chat.
