Design & build
At 4.1mm unfolded and 215g, it's the thinnest and lightest Z Fold Samsung has made. The slimness comes from new "Flex Titanium" construction — a titanium-alloy film combined with a titanium plate that reduces bulk while also cutting down visible crease. The front is Gorilla Glass Victus Ceramic 3 when folded, glass back is Gorilla Glass Victus 2, with an aluminum frame ("Advanced Armor Aluminum"). It's rated IP48 for dust and water resistance (dust particles over 1mm; submersible to 1.5m for 30 minutes), and supports nano-SIM plus dual eSIM. It comes in Graphite, Cream, and Violet Shadow.
